The warm reception I received from the spa team was a highlight, along with a fantastic massage by Brenda. However, the service during afternoon tea left much to be desired, as I had to seek out the staff multiple times. Additionally, the condition of the lobby furniture was quite disappointing, which didn't align with the hotel's otherwise luxurious standards.
