the staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. i checked into my executive room early, a true bonus on a short trip. i particularly enjoyed the hotel's beautiful executive suite. the gym is fully equipped, and the spa is among the finest i have seen.
during my stay, i noticed a very slight delay in drink service at the bar one evening.

I got an upgrade to the Premier Room king bed. The room was amazing. To, the staff left a handwritten note for my anniversary, along with a bottle of champagne and a sweet treat! The entire stay felt five-star.
